A linear trail running from A Chanca to A Ínsua, in Luou; well signposted, it is considered a Recreational Trail. 

The route takes advantage of the work carried out for the installation of the Espasande sewage collection system, and it has numerous mills where grain was traditionally milled. Along the trail we come across the As Muiñeiras mill and dovecote, the O Inferniño mill, the New mill, the Os Cornidos mill, the A Ínsua mill and the A Ínsua washhouse. It is a short, round-trip trail where, in addition to the aforesaid heritage elements, we can also find a river ecosystem with a riparian forest in good conditions of conservation. Recreational trails are trails conceived and designed for families with chillaren using prams, and are therefore also accessible for people with reduced mobility. To encourage walks and the enjoyment of nature we have designed a game, called ‘Ollo ao Piollo’ [Watch out for the bug], with two levels of difficulty (adults and children) that can be downloaded from the left-hand margin of this page, and which consists in finding different natural elements as you walk the trail.
