Blazoned fountain in A Florida, in the parish of Rarís, an icon of the Xacobean Geira and Muleteers Camino.
Built in A Florida (Rarís), this washhouse consists of a fountain with two pipes and a small basin with five stones for washing clothes. The fountain's spouts emerge from a turreted wall decorated with a coat of arms in relief, supported by a Calatrava cross and bearing a closed helmet, the field of which has a crowned castle flanked by two birds in flight.
It is a highly important heritage element on the Geira and Muleteers Camino. The stone table that accompanies the ensemble has imposing feet that are not easily overlooked, recycled from an old country house that no longer exists.
