The Cross in A Florida is currently located alongside the old C-541 road, current stretch of the Camino da Geira and Muleteers. It is a work in xgranite with simple lines comprising a two-step platform, octagonal shaft, and a quadrangular cross with chamfered arms. It bears no images or inscriptions. The restoration process, carried out by the technical team directed by the restorer, Xabier Bernárdez Fresco, consisted of the general reconstruction of the ensemble, the pole had been leaning steeply since the late 1990s, accentuated in recent years by different works undertaken in the setting. The different granite blocks that formed the base were dug up and relocated, the joint between the shaft and the cross was consolidated, and the general cleaning of the ensemble was undertaken. The process finalised and  with a new zone of protection, dignifies and put in value the cross for the future generations.
