In the upper part of the village of La Agrela (Lampai) in a corner of the old oak grove on the hillside at the entrance to the Pico da Agrela, there is this small stone chapel with a rectangular floor plan made the base of granite blocks. A work of high quality popular stonework in which the portico with its continuous base and wooden framework supported by four columns stands out. 

On the lintel of the main doorway there is an inscription that says:
