A trail which recovers a traditional route along the Tarrío Stream in Lampai.

A traditional route which, starting from the Chapel of Santa Ana (Agrela), skirts the A Grela fountain (dated to 1868) and runs roughly in parallel to the Tarrío Stream. There are currently the remains of nine mills, one of them with the remains of an old sawmill. Of great natural beauty as it runs through a riparian forest, the most striking feature of the route is the presence of the Medieval Stone Marker, also on the banks of the stream, which marks the boundary between the municipalities of Teo and Padrón.

The name of the trail is taken from a verse written by the Compostelan troubador, Joán Airas, in a love cantiga where he expresses his despair at the departure of his beloved wife. The route was along a medieval road to Santiago, passing through the municipality of Teo from north to south, climbing towards Lampai in the direction of Padrón.
