A recreational route that is highly suitable for families along the banks of the River Ulla, ending at A Burga de Xermeade.
This shorter linear recreational trail runs between the village of Pontevea and A Burga de Xermeade along the banks of the River Ulla, declared a Natura 2000 Network area owing to its unique biodiversity. It is a river forest in a good state of conservation that hosts an entire river ecosystem, with naturally formed islets, and which ends at A Burga de Xermeade, a unique spot owing to the presence of sulphurous water.
Recreational trails are designed with families with children and people with reduced mobility in mind. In this case, the route is enhanced with signposts containing audio guides with information about the River Ulla, specially designed for children.
